Our client is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Estate Planning Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing paralegal support to our estate planning attorneys, managing complex estate planning matters, and ensuring all legal documentation is in compliance with applicable laws. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist attorneys in the preparation and review of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
2. Conduct comprehensive legal research on various estate planning and probate matters.
3. Manage client files, ensuring all documents are properly organized and updated.
4. Coordinate with clients, court personnel, and other law firms to schedule meetings, court dates, and other important events.
5. Review and analyze asset reports, tax returns, and other financial documents.
6. Prepare and file court documents, such as petitions for probate, inventories, accountings, and reports to the court.
7. Keep track of deadlines and ensure all legal documents are filed in a timely manner.
8. Provide clients with updates on their cases and answer any questions they may have.
9. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in the field of estate planning.
2. An associate's degree or certification in paralegal studies from an accredited institution. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proficient in legal research and document preparation.
4. In-depth knowledge of estate planning, probate laws, and legal documentation.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
9. Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
