As a Sr. ERP Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
In this 9+ month compelling opportunity, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for IT projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these requirements align with the organization's goals and objectives. You will work alongside project managers, developers, and other IT professionals to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements for IT projects.
- Business Process Analysis: Capture and analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Utilize Microsoft Office products & tools, including Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and Visio, to document, communicate, and brief clients on current and future state processes.
- Requirement Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Requirement Management: Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with project objectives. Provide extensive process and system support for data integrity, troubleshooting, and root cause identification.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other IT professionals. Develop and maintain a relationship of trust and value.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with architects and developers to design solutions that meet business needs while adhering to technical constraints and best practices.
- Testing Support: Assist in the creation of test plans, test cases, and testing strategies. Participate in user testing activities to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Change Management: Support change management activities by assessing the impact of proposed changes, facilitating stakeholder buy-in, and providing mentoring, coaching, or training on best practices and process awareness.
