This role requires a strong background in business process optimization, documentation, taxonomy development, records management, and workflow automation. The Analyst will be instrumental in supporting initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency and facilitate the transition to a more cohesive ECM strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Evaluation and Stakeholder Analysis:

Assess the current ECM systems and their implementation across various
departments. -
Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand functional
needs and strategic goals. -
Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in the current ECM setup.

Lead initiatives to streamline key business processes to improve efficiency and reduce redundancies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to document current workflows and recommend optimized solutions.

Develop a standardized taxonomy for record organization, including naming
conventions and indexing definitions. -
Establish guidelines for storage and usage of records and non-records, ensuring
compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Design and execute a paper scanning initiative tailored to meet varying
departmental needs. -
Address considerations of confidentiality, cost, and convenience in the
digitization process.

Work with departments to identify opportunities for workflow automation.

Develop a comprehensive plan to implement automated processes across the organization, enhancing productivity and accuracy.

Many years of proven experience in conducting business process improvement initiatives.

Expertise in developing and implementing taxonomies for record organization, including naming standards and indexing definitions.

Strong knowledge of content and records management practices, including guidelines for storage and handling of records and non-records.

Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives with attention to confidentiality and cost-effectiveness.

Experience in identifying and planning for workflow automation across diverse organizational departments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Strong analytical, documentation and project management skills to deliver actionable recommendations and strategies.

Familiarity with multiple ECM systems and tools used in enterprise settings.
