iSphere is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Endur Business Analyst for a long-term on-going opportunity in Houston. As a leading IT consulting company in the Houston area, we are dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients in the energy trading industry. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions within the OpenLink Endur platform, specifically focused on natural gas trading and risk management.
To excel in this position, you must have a strong understanding of energy trading and risk management processes, with a particular emphasis on natural gas and client commodities. You should be well-versed in the latest Endur product platform and have at least five years of experience working with Endur version 10 or upwards. Additionally, you should possess a deep understanding of deal modeling, deal lifecycle, and product configuration within Endur.
As a Sr. Endur Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include communicating effectively with business users, advising on complex business problems, and providing feasible solution options. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and collaborate with developers for implementation. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Endur production instance and contributing to the evolution of the system architecture.
To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance/Economics, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience. You should have a minimum of eight years of experience as an Endur business analyst, preferably within the natural gas trading operations. Experience working with commercial IT teams and driving IT strategies is also essential.
Proficiency in Endur (or other ETRM system) is a must, along with knowledge of deal modeling, deal lifecycle management, market data, PnL/risk reporting, and middle to back office functionalities. Strong business acumen and detailed knowledge of North American natural gas and client trading processes are highly desirable. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.
