Role Title: Sr. Employee Lifecycle Events Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 5 Months
Description:
The Employee Lifecycle Events (ELE) Programs and Compliance Teams manage many of Client's compliance and Talent program activities and our scope of services is broad.
The Sr. Specialist responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
" Talent Related Compliance processes support in completing I9 audits and physical verifications for I9s that were originally completed as a virtual I9
" Complete Certificate of experience forms for CPA s
" Certification and other types of data clean- up work in preparation for data conversion to a new HRIS system
The mission of Core Talent Services (CTS) improves efficiencies and operational excellence, delivers strategic and transactional services, institutionalizes operations efficiencies and quality and enhances the ability to scale and reduce costs. CTS focus on delivery of both strategic and transactional services, either directly for the businesses or in support of the Business Advisors and Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
Required:
" 3-5 years of related experience
" Strong communication and interpersonal skills
" Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing, and multi-tasking abilities
" Ability to adapt to a changing environment and to approach challenges with creativity and resourcefulness
" Prioritizes and independently executes responsibilities
" Ability to work with minimal instruction
" High degree of professionalism and integrity and ability to work in a highly confidential environment
" Strong technical skills in Microsoft applications
Preferred:
" SAP/Business Warehouse experience
" Client experience
" Experience in a large or matrix driven corporation with overseas or outsourced operations
Required:
3-5 years of HR/Employee Lifecycle Events experience (I9 verification, HR processes like compliance and CPA certification)
Excellent communication, organizational, and teaming skills
Strong microsoft office skills
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree
SAP/Business warehouse, Client experience
Experience in a large, highly-matrixed organization
