This role is crucial in shaping the future of electric mobility. Key Responsibilities: Architect and develop sophisticated platform software for powertrain electronic control units, from concept to production Lead the implementation of AUTOSAR architecture for electronic control units, providing expert guidance to the Platform Software team Drive the development of mission-critical components for electric vehicles, ensuring highest standards of reliability and performance Orchestrate the integration of individual functions into control units, providing design, development, and debugging support Optimize platform software through rigorous design and code reviews Establish and implement robust design and product validation testing protocols Qualifications: 8+ years of experience Mastery of C/C++ programming languages Proven track record in developing and delivering AUTOSAR-compliant software for embedded systems In-depth knowledge of AUTOSAR stack and proficiency with AUTOSAR configuration tools Expertise in interpreting schematics and data sheets Advanced skills in on-chip debugging and hardware-software troubleshooting Experience with board bring-up and embedded systems optimization (preferred) Proficiency in scripting for software development and testing automation Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (required) Master's degree (preferred) This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of electric vehicle technology, collaborating with some of the industry's brightest minds.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
