Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for managing complex electrical construction projects? If so, we want to meet you! We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our team and drive success in innovative projects. Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Plan, direct, and coordinate a team of project managers, engineering leads, and engineers to effectively manage complex electrical construction and lighting and energy management projects.
Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive organizational growth and expand market reach.
Project Oversight: Provide direction and support to the project team on execution and delivery, ensuring projects remain within budget and timeline constraints.
Risk Management: Oversee project risk management, ensuring strict compliance with contract scope, project schedules, and conditions, while accurately reporting and mitigating potential issues.
Financial Management: Manage project finances, including monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and billing, to maintain financial health and profitability.
Team Development: Mentor and develop a team of approximately 2-5 Project Engineers and/or Field Engineers, providing regular assessments of the industry labor market.
Qualifications:
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in Electrical Construction Project Management, Engineering Project Lead, or a related position in the electrical construction industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in specialized programs and software, including:
Accubid Pro 14
Procore
Change Order Pro 14
Xalt CRM
Spectrum
MS Office Suite
Revit & SolidWorks
Navisworks & Microsoft HoloLens
Haas VF-3 CNC
Manual mill & lathe machines
CAD Modeling
AutoCAD
Control Systems with a focus on time-domain analysis.
