MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design, development, modification, and analysis of various electronics systems, including hardware, power engineering, power electronics, electromagnetic engineering, integrated circuits, and components.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues in existing products or systems and implement necessary modifications.
- Compile and analyze design and test data; develop and recommend design approaches.
- Lead a team of engineers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Design, develop, document, and support testing for products, systems, or subsystems.
- Utilize computer-aided engineering or other design/analysis software as needed.
- Review customer specifications and requirements, and develop designs to meet them, considering cost as a critical factor.
- Provide input on budgets, costs, and schedules for design assignments.
- Evaluate supplier components, subsystems, and services.
- Ensure that designs meet cost constraints and manufacturing requirements.
- Develop prototypes to mitigate key development risks.
- Contribute to proposal preparation.
- Provide technical expertise and support to other engineers and team members.
- Attend engineering, customer, and business meetings as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and application domains.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams independently.
- Previous mentorship or leadership experience is preferred.
