The successful candidate will have:

• Military systems design experience requiring compliance with specifications such as MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-810
• Interest in supporting the full range of product development from concept through final test
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting components, electrical assemblies, and test equipment.

Major Position Responsibilities:

• Designs, develops, and tests electrical equipment, components, circuits, or systems.
• Applies mathematical and engineering principles and methods to designs.
• Performs extensive testing and validation of designs to ensure reliability, performance, and safety standards are achieved.
• Conducts research and studies new technologies to innovate and design solutions or products.

Basic Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  Technical expertise; Analytical thinking skills; Problem-solving skills

 

Required Education:  Associates Degree

Preferred Education:  Bachelor's Degree

Discipline/Major:  General Engineering or specialized Engineering degree required

 

Experience:  5 - 7 years experience in a relevant function

 

Travel:  less than 25%

Pay Range (USD):$74,550.00 - $138,450.00Additional Compensation:Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company’s Gain Sharing Program.Benefits:Employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and basic life insurance as well as pre-tax spending accounts. Employees are also able to enroll in the company's 401k plan and are eligible for the Non-Contributory Retirement Contribution.
