Responsibilities:The Sr. Director of Upsell and Attach is directly responsible for optimizing sales performance, driving upsell and attach activities, and creating change in the sales culture to increase attach success.
· Creates change in sales culture to increase attach success. · Identifies and creates the best combinations of products and services for upsell opportunities that align to our customers’ needs. · Develops and implements Sales initiatives targeted toward upsell and attach activities |
· Monitors key accounts and identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities. |
· Develops measurements and tracks sales success regarding upsell and attach |
· Proactively identifies opportunities for sales trainings and upsell/attach activity · Creates and delivers training as needed |
· Creates relationships with sales, customers, and partners to upsell product. |
· Oversees a team of direct reports. (3) |
· Works with IT and Operations to facilitate systemic and transactional attach. |
· Develops and implements strategies to improve our sales & service process to ensure alignment of products and services with our customer’s requirements · Works closely with sales to leverage best practices and create more effective methods of upselling products · Analyzes existing processes for effectiveness and efficiencies; develops and implements new processes and procedures for effective and efficient sales operations. · Partners with sales on process and customer experience initiatives. · Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement. · Drives the effectiveness of current processes and procedures to drive change to increase the efficiency sales teams · Collaborates daily with all operational areas within the company to implement business process efficiencies and facilitate order processing. |
