Position Summary The Sr. Director Talent Acquisition and Development is responsible for designing strategy and managing teams to design processes, deliver programs and track metrics to support the global Talent Acquisition and Talent Development strategies. In partnership with HR and Business leadership, ensures organization capabilities are identified, acquired and developed to support the business strategy. Specific Responsibilities Talent Development - 75% • Work with Senior Leaders and HR Leadership to understand business requirements necessary to build effective Talent Development Programs. • Design and implement global Talent Development strategy including technology architecture, processes, and development programs. • Lead the design, development and implementation of competency-based development programs that support current business needs and future growth strategies. • Responsible for design, development and implementation of global Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) program. • Ensure Talent Development programs are supported with best-in-class technology architecture and third-party vendor support. Optimize vendor relationships to ensure strong partnership, cost effective solutions and innovative solutions/products. • Define, track and analyze metrics and develop reporting methods to monitor and improve Talent Development processes and programs. Talent Acquisition - 25% • Design and implement Talent Acquisition strategies to continually replenish the candidate pipeline based on market condition, existing employee availability, and current/projected business. • Ensure that effective talent acquisition processes are in place that support the growth strategies of the organization and ensure a competitive advantage in acquiring and retaining talent, and position Fruit of the Loom as an employer of choice. • Ensure Talent Acquisition processes are supported with best-in-class technology architecture and third-party vendor support. Optimize vendor relationships to ensure strong partnership, cost effective solutions and innovative solutions/products. • Lead executive-level recruiting efforts; interview candidates for core competencies, leadership competencies, cultural fit and future potential. • Oversee execution of new hire onboarding programs, continually evaluating effectiveness of programs and new hire satisfaction. • Develop employer branding programs ensuring reputation of employer of choice in the marketplace. Ensure presence on relevant social media platforms and manage content posting. • Support Corporate Diversity and Inclusion strategy, program development and execution through Talent Acquisition processes and programs. • Define, track and analyze metrics and deporting methods to monitor and improve Talent Acquisition performance, ensuring a best-in-class, cost effective service delivery. People Management • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure teams are focused on team goal achievement. • Provide regular and timely feedback to promote development and improvement. • Provide an engaging work environment for team members. • Support team with problem solving and decision-making responsibilities. • Support team with development of innovative solutions to support Talent Acquisition and Talent Development strategy and programs. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development or related field. Master's degree preferred. • SPHR, PHR or GPHR certification preferred. • Ability to implement talent development programs and activities and analyze training needs to implement strategies and programs. • Ability to partner with business leaders and HR staff to gather requirements and develop recommendations. • Ability to produce policies, strategies, programs which resolve issues and add value rather than complexity to the business and to employees. • Ability to build relationships at most senior levels. • Knowledge of talent acquisition and development-based tools and methodologies. • Solid knowledge of technology to support development and resourcing systems. • Ability to develop creative solutions and drive effective organizational change. • Ability to effectively partner with global business and HR leaders. Minimum Job Experience Required • 8+ years of human resources experience in generalist, talent acquisition and/or development operations and processes • 5+ years of experience managing teams of HR professionals • Experience with large, company-wide program HR system and process implementations. • Experience managing leadership development programs. • Extensive background of HR Program delivery and relationship management.
