About the Role:
As the Senior Director of Strategy & Corporate Development, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company. Working closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and the executive team, you'll lead the development of our growth strategy, oversee M&A activities, cultivate partnerships, and drive organic value creation plans. This role is integral to advancing the company's strategic initiatives and offers the opportunity to leave a lasting impact on our direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's growth strategy.
- Conduct analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform competitive analysis and assess analog marketplace industries.
- Lead large-scale partnership discussions and implementation of new business models.
- Collaborate with FP&A to develop value creation plans.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Assist in the creation of Board of Directors materials.
- Lead select portions of the M&A process, including target screening and integration planning.
Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a B2B SMB environment, automotive background preferred; OR
- 6+ years of top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital experience.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in a quantitative discipline.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of continuous learning and development.
- Curiosity and adaptability to tackle new challenges.
Salary Range: $170,800—$213,500 USD
