Responsibilities
As the Sr. Director, Pharmacy 340B and Medication Assistance Programs on our national team, you will serve as the national expert for pharmacy services and programs across the organization. You will also provide leadership and accountability over 340B / Medication Assistance Operations. Other responsibilities will include:
+ Ensure that policies and procedures are developed and implemented according to organizational, regional, national, state, and federal requirements and guidelines and are approved by the institution's legal department.
+ Assess opportunities for cost savings and business improvements in various aspects of pharmacy services and program utilization, including opportunities for cost savings and system improvements to yield higher compliance.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the reduction of pharmaceutical cost in services and programs, while maintaining high levels of quality, service, and safety.
+ Determine and support any strategy for pharmacy services and programs for the organization including key stakeholder relations, coordination, contracting, corporate-level operations, policy and procedure development, program enhancement/optimization, and reporting.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.
Education:
+ Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
Work Experience:
+ 5 years of experience required.
+ 2 years of cumulative leadership or management experience required OR a graduate from an accredited Health System Pharmacy Administration residency program required.
Additional Preferences
+ 5-7+ years experience with 340B / Medication Assistance
+ 5+ years leadership experience
