How You Will Make an Impact?
The Sr. Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing strategic leadership in effectively deploying human capital to achieve targeted business results. The Sr. Director of Human Resources will provide functional leadership across the organization. Partner with the corporate HR group, key company executives and functional leaders to enhance Morgan's human resources function, which includes building a high-performance, high-engagement culture that is reinforced by HR practices and programs that are aligned to the overall business strategy. The Sr. Director of Human Resources is responsible for advising, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.
The Nuts and Bolts
Required Credentials
- BS/BA from an accredited College/University; MBA/MA/PHR or SPHR preferred
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in progressively responsible HR roles, including functional leadership in a high growth, multi-site manufacturing environment
- Strategic thinker with proven analytical, assessment, and leadership skills
- Track record of success in defining and delivering human resource programs across an organization of scale and across multiple divisions
- Strong ability to work outside traditional functional silos and build relationships across the organization at all levels, particularly with senior business leaders and executives
- Experience with core financial principles (Costing, Budgeting, Financial Analysis)
- High level of proficiency with MS Office and HRIS solutions. Ceridian experience a plus
- M&A experience a plus
- Ability to travel 30% of the time

This is a full-time position, and typical hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
This job may, at times, frequent a manufacturing plant environment. Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. The team member frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
