Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Sr. Customer Service Representative for a 12 Month + Contract. 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday Candidates must be flexible to work overtime at 1.5 pay. Looking for reliable, professional candidates with ERP and SalesForce skills and experience.
Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
- Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications.
- Process all customer orders/changes/returns according to established guidelines
- Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws.
- Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
- Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience required, Bachelors degree preferred
- Proven work experience with job stability, reliability, quickly learning role and systems
- Experience working with SAP, Oracle or JDE along with SalesForce experience highly desired
- Must have Skills:
- 1. Analytical-experience working with data to solve problems and develop processes
- 2. Organized
- 3. Communication (customer service orientation)
- 4. Experience with Microsoft Office
- 5. Proficiency in Excel
