We are hiring a Senior Customer Service Representative. The Senior Customer Service Representative will provide superior customer service by focusing on the individual needs of each customer or distributor, directly or through other team members, promoting long-term relationships and loyalty.

Responsibilities
- All duties performed by a Customer Service Representative in addition to the following:
- Communicating directly with domestic and international customers and distributors to investigate and answer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, order status, and other order related communication.
- Collaborating with manger, supervisor, team members and other departments to coordinate the efficient and accurate processing and shipment of domestic and international orders, standing orders, custom orders and Express Media custom prototypes.
- Preparing all pertinent documentation for shipping and exporting products outside of the U.S.
- Ensuring compliance with US and International shipping documentation requirements.
- Initiating return goods authorization, replacements and credits and any freight claims required for damaged or lost product in transit.
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members and helping ensure that they follow best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service in all verbal and written correspondence with customers to address all their needs.
- Ability to correspond in a timely manner to high volume of email correspondence from internal and external customers.
- Verify and check inventory records to properly determine availability of requested product and provides order status updates for backorders.
- Supports Customer Service new customer set up, customer action requests, order entry and phone coverage.
- Participating in more complex and difficult work.
Required Skills/Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of domestic and international customer service order processing and export documentation.
- Customer Service Representative role.
- Current export requirements and documentation and general exporting principles.
- Communication/public relations knowledge.
- General business administration practices, including typing, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must be organized with the ability to follow up on open issues and see them through to closure.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
- Bi-lingual in a European language desirable.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:
- For California, the base salary range for this position is $22.78 to $29.61 hourly. Compensation for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience, location, etc.).
