Sr. Country Manager, Amazon Exports - Amazon

To drive this growth, we must identify, invest in, and manage our most strategic export destinations. We are looking for a dynamic and organized self-starter to join us as a Strategic Country Manager. On the Amazon Exports team, you will own the business inputs (e.g. traffic drivers, cross-border selection, delivery performance) and outputs (e.g., conversion, revenue, profitability), while tracking outside factors that impact demand (e.g., competitive landscape, macro-economic trends). You will work cross-functionally with the marketing, business development, logistics, finance, and business intelligence teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives. You will monitor performance on a weekly and monthly cadence, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver successfully against high organizational standards. This is a high-impact role with goals that directly impacts both the top line and bottom line of the overall business. The successful candidate will demonstrate both strong business acumen and excellent analytical skills. Additionally, we are seeking someone with P&L ownership experience, strong communication skills, and an ability to work effectively with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment and highly ambiguous work space. This role may require occasional international travel. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
