Job Details
Our organization is seeking an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our decision-making processes through their financial expertise. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's financial strategy and impact the future of our business.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, forecasting, and budgeting
2. Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data for financial modeling and analysis
4. Present financial reports to senior management with clear and concise commentary on business performance, financial trends, and variances
5. Support the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and identification of risks and opportunities
6. Participate in strategic projects, providing financial expertise and analytical support
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial management
8. Continuously improve financial modeling and analysis processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) is a plus.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in developing and implementing financial models.
4. Exceptional analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
5. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in an understandable manner.
