Primary Purpose:
The Senior Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for planning and executing the recruitment process while adhering to related SLAs in an effort to attract a wide and diverse pool of qualified talent for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Partner with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders to define the role needs and strucure of the recruitment plan.
- Create exciting and sustainable recruiting strategies and tactics to attract top-performing candidates who can contribute to the short-term and long-range growth of the company.
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies that effectively attract and retain top talent.
Sourcing Candidates from Various Channels
- Develop a multi-channel sourcing strategy that includes attracting, screening, and hiring qualified passive and active candidates.
- Maintain relationships with professional organizations, alumni groups, various colleges and universities and other places where candidates can be sourced.
- Attend job fairs and related events for sourcing potential candidate pools.
Manage Talent Acquisition Process
- Manage all stages of the recruitment process from posting to hiring within the company’s recruiting platform.
- Consolidate and evaluate interview feedback to help determine the best fit for the job.
- Maintain touch points with applicants during all steps of the selection process.
Promote Our Value Proposition
- Stay in tune with market and industry trends in order to ensure that we remain an employer of choice.
- Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring that our company maintains a positiove reputation (i.e. Glassdoor, LinkedIn and other social media platforms).
- Effectively articulate the Swisher’s story with potential recruits and communicate our story with enthusiasm and clarity.
- All other organizational and/or human reseources duties and responsibilities as instructed.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Required
- 6+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing, including the development and execution of candidate sourcing strategies that include plans for multi-channel recruiting such as recruiting conferences, meet-ups, etc.
- 5+ years applicant tracking system administrator experience
- 3+ years of experience with social media recruiting
- Proven track record sourcing talent and building/managing a candidate pipeline using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other proven channels
- Excellent time management abilities and an ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with communicating and engaging with senior-level candidates
- Proven metrics-driven recruitment results
Education:
Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Travel:
10% - 20%
Preferred
- 8+ years recruiting and sourcing experience ideally as a Technical Recruiter with an ability to explain job requirements for IT and other highly-skilled roles.
- UKG experience a plus
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing a plus
