We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in corporate recruiting to manage the end-to-end hiring process for high-level, complex, and specialized positions across diverse client groups. As a trusted partner and subject matter expert, you will collaborate with business leaders to develop strategic sourcing plans, build robust talent pipelines, and deliver tailored solutions to address recruiting challenges. This role requires exceptional candidate and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on sourcing, screening, coaching, and guiding candidates through the hiring process, including offer negotiations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage in the full lifecycle of recruiting, ensuring both the candidate and hiring team are satisfied customers.
- Maintain responsibility for the full life cycle recruitment process to include job requisition, sourcing, screening, candidate submissions, candidate management, salary negotiations, interviewing, compliance, offer of employment, background investigations and on-boarding.
- Perform a variety of professional and administrative recruiting functions in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating and selecting qualified candidates.
- Work with senior management to develop recruiting strategies across all business units.
- Collaborate with leadership team to establish goals, objectives, and hiring priorities.
- Identify key personnel for select proposal opportunities and partner with proposal team to pipeline for future business.
- Identify candidates from numerous sources, efficiently use our applicant tracking system, write advertisements, screen and qualify candidates, and perform reference checks.
- Partner with project, divisional and corporate recruiters, and Human Resources Leaders to understand long and short term staffing goals.
- Assist in implementation of sourcing strategies in support of business need.
- Leverage a variety of recruitment techniques such as conferences, source for a diverse pool of candidates, screen resumes, assess and interview candidates.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to HR partners & hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with company applicant tracking practices in accordance with federal and state laws.
- Actively track recruiting activities and other metrics to ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP.
- Utilize metrics to assess sourcing strategies to ensure effective investments are being made and report on recruiting activities as required or requested.
- Interact and build relationships with third party vendors as necessary.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Additional duties as required.

• Self-directed execution of the full life cycle recruiting process
• Develop an effective sourcing strategy to provide a continuous flow of quality candidates for the pipeline
• Possess strong candidate and client management skills, with a proven ability to influence
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of related professional experience.
• Corporate and senior level management recruiting experience.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
• Experience with Avature, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms.
• Demonstrated experience managing requisitions across multiple disciplines.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
