Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Project Manager position include:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate Development, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience, with 5 years of management experience required.
Demonstrated success in managing luxury multifamily residential projects valued at $100 million+.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
Extensive experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel preferred.
Coordinate and oversee all phases of luxury development projects, from inception to completion.
Create and manage project budgets and schedules, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure objectives are met.
Lead and manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to maintain exceptional performance standards.
Oversee compliance with all legal, insurance, and permitting requirements for assigned projects.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including investors, neighbors, government officials, contractors, and lenders, ensuring a successful project outcome.

Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
