Job Title: Commercial Construction Project 

Job Overview: As a Commercial Construction Project Executive you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating and leading teams of contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

   • Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources required.
   • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all parties are aligned with project goals.
   • Obtain necessary permits and licenses and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

2. Budget and Cost Management:

   • Prepare and maintain project budgets and track expenses.

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of construction scheduling and project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Project).
