Sr. Construction Manager at TEKsystems

Job Title: Construction Project Manager (Distribution)

Responsibilities:

• Manage distribution construction sites and projects.
• Provide feedback during design and site walk-downs.
• Review Bill of Materials and manage material availability.
• Develop work scopes for construction bids and assist in bid evaluations.
• Oversee all construction activities and coordinate contracted work.
• Monitor contractor performance on safety, cost, quality, and schedule.
• Conduct safety briefings with construction crews.
• Initiate scope change requests and address document deficiencies.
• Provide planning support to the project team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in distribution construction in the electric power industry.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Utilities safety policies.
• Understanding of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and ability to become a qualified Clearance Holder.
• Monitor site activities for compliance with environmental policies and procedures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00
