Sr. Commercial Collections Specialist at Beacon Hill

Our client in the Irving area is seeking a Sr. Commercial Collections Specialist to assist on a 3-6+ month project basis.

Responsibilities include:

• 
  
  Manage the day-to-day collection process of assigned portfolio(s) to ensure timely and efficient recovery of outstanding receivables
  
  
• 
  
  High volume accounts- 550+ active accounts ($45 million dollar portfolio)
  
  
• 
  
  Minimize DSO and other KPI's directly and indirectly by championing disciplined credit processes, procedures, and focus
  
  
• 
  
  Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  
  
• 
  
  Conduct AR aging reviews with business and sales team members
  
  
• 
  
  Provide solutions to balance the goal of maximizing sales while minimizing credit risk
  
  
• 
  
  Monitoring and responding to request via Credit Department Call Line and email inboxes.
  
  
• 
  
  Research AR collection issues, including process issues, disputes, and invoicing, to facilitate customer payment of undisputed balances
  
  
• 
  
  Work closely with the Legal and Lien Processing teams
  
  
• 
  
  3+ years of experience in Commercial Credit and Collections
  
  
• 
  
  GetPAID, JD Edwards, or SAP are a plus
