- Build enduring relationships: Cultivate deep trust with assigned client account and understand clients' unique requirements, data challenges and business objectives .
- Become a thought leader: Cultivate deep industry knowledge and position yourself as a trusted advisor on cloud data and analytics within the.
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of successful key client account management experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and building strong client relationships.
- Clear understanding of Retail industry, regulations and payments.
- Experience in developing creative and innovative prospecting methodologies to consistently grow pipeline in assigned client account.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in clear, concise language.
- Problem-solving and consultative approach, with a passion for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
