Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Civil Project Manager position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• 8+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development.
• Proficient in Civil 3D and previous design experience.
• Strong background in municipal projects, particularly water and wastewater.
• Oversee and manage small to medium-sized land development projects.
• Lead a team of 2-7 engineers and designers, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Approve and stamp project designs and permits.
• Work closely with regulatory agencies for project approvals.
• Conduct design reviews, including drainage analysis.
• Present projects to municipal boards and commissions for approval.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring continuous improvement.

Salary: $105,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a $5,000 signing bonus.
