Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Details
What You'll Do
Develop and apply your engineering skills to a breadth of projects that may include:
Land development projects in the public and private setting across several markets
Adaptive re-use renovations
Sustainable development concepts, including urban recharge
Flood-exposure evaluation and mitigation
Detailed due diligence and risk assessment
Utilities and drainage investigation and design
Detailed hydrologic and hydraulic analysis
Plaza reconstruction
Accessibility evaluation and repairs
Pavement evaluation, investigation, and design
Pump system investigation and design
Detailed data analytics with Civil3D and other software
Preparation of construction documents, specifications, written reports, and presentations
Deliver collaborative solutions with our Geotechnical, Marine, Structural, and Building Technology groups on slope and shoreline stabilization, retaining wall systems, footing drainage systems, sub-slab dewatering systems, floodproofing, plaza drainage systems, and many other exciting projects.
What You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
MS in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or willing to pursue MS; generous financial support is available for MS in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering program.
Appetite to take responsibility for tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to work in a team environment
2+ years of engineering experience
Engineer in Training (EIT) certification preferred
Experience with Autodesk Civil 3d preferred
Experience with the set-up, organization, and production of plan sets, including plan and profile sheets utilizing Civil3D, is beneficial.
Familiarity with performing due diligence and permitting requirements is beneficial.
Familiarity with computer analysis software (e.g., XPStorm or XPSWMM, Civil 3d, AutoCAD, AutoTurn, HydroCAD, etc.) is beneficial.
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
Willingness to travel on occasion.
