Sr. Civil Engineer - Project Engineer - New York - Graham & Associates

Seeking experienced engineer who is ambitious. Need engineer with BSCE, PE and 15 or more years of experience. Must have transportation project experience. Road design experience needed. Manage engineers and designers, project managers and client relations. Need engineer with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Work includes project scope, proposals, design, project engineering, budgeting, scheduling, etc. This position carries a huge amount of responsibility and a compensation package to match.
