Duke's Landscape Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead high-end custom landscape design and construction projects, including luxury outdoor living spaces, water features, and intricate hardscaping work. This role emphasizes top-notch client service, detailed project management, and the ability to guide and train teams in the field. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, while also effectively communicating with clients living on-site.

- Project Planning & Execution:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial scheduling to final execution, managing materials, tools, and labor.
- Coordinate with and manage subcontractors, including electrical, mechanical, and pool specialists, to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and resolve any on-site challenges.
- Customer Service & Communication:
- Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to emails, calls, and inquiries, providing updates and handling change orders as needed.
- Represent the company with professionalism and a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Team Leadership & Training:
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, demonstrating how to complete tasks efficiently and to quality standards.
- Provide training in equipment operation, including mini excavators, skid steers, and backhoes, ensuring safe and effective use.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage high performance among team members.
- Administrative Management:
- Track project costs, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate documentation, including schedules and job progress.
- Approve and manage change orders, working with financial teams to keep budgets on track.
- Generate weekly reports on project milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Quality Assurance & Safety:
- Enforce strict quality control measures, ensuring projects meet or exceed client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and implement safety solutions on-site.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in landscape construction project management, preferably in residential, high-end projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of hardscaping and landscaping processes, with experience in machinery operation and equipment training.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor to interact effectively with high-end clients.
- Administrative Skills: Proficient in project documentation, CRM tools (e.g., LMN, Monday.com), and managing budgets.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions year-round.
- Licensing: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to pass a background check.
- A background in landscape design is a plus, aiding in project alignment and effective collaboration with designers.
- Prior experience leading teams and a proven ability to inspire and manage site crews effectively.
