We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Sr Chargeback Analyst to join our fast-paced Scientific industry team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the chargeback process from start to finish, ensuring DEA compliance, handling pharmaceutical contracting, and using SAP. This is a permanent position that requires at least 5 years of experience. Responsibilities:
As a Sr Chargeback Analyst, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing the entire chargeback process, including reviewing, processing, and adjudicating chargebacks.
2. Ensuring compliance with DEA regulations and guidelines.
3. Handling pharmaceutical contracting, including negotiation, contract administration, and compliance.
4. Utilizing SAP for various financial operations and reporting.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve chargeback disputes and discrepancies.
6. Conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
7. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
8. Preparing regular reports and analysis to support business decisions.
9. Staying updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in chargeback adjudication, preferably in the Scientific or Pharmaceutical industry.
3. Proven experience in DEA compliance and pharmaceutical contracting.
4. Proficiency in SAP or a similar ERP system.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
10. A strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
