Job Summary:
As a Sr. Cannabis Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growing infused preroll product portfolio, as well as our rosin and vape cartridge lines. This position requires a candidate with mid-level to entry-level supervisor experience, along with a solid background in manufacturing lab operations and California compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling both infused and non-infused cannabis pre roll raw materials, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Additionally, that candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, solid organizational skills, while being goal and task oriented.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage raw materials for infused and non-infused cannabis pre roll production.
- Utilize manufacturing lab experience, particularly with Type 6 and Type 7 processes, to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
- Implement and maintain California compliance standards, including the development and management of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and Batch Production Records.
- Laboratory equipment selection, operation, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Provide training and guidance to entry-level team members as needed.
- Uphold a commitment to safety, quality, and compliance in all aspects of the manufacturing process.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure continuous compliance.
Qualifications:
- 5 years in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Mid-level to entry-level supervisor experience in a cannabis manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of California compliance standards, including SOPs and Batch Production Records.
- Experience with Type 6 and Type 7 manufacturing processes.
- Strong technical skills in concentrate production, vape cartridge formulations, and laboratory equipment operation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
- Proficiency in all concentrate production including vape cartridge formulations
- Experience with Solventless and Solvent Extracts
- Proficiency in basic math, figure reporting and units of measurement conversion
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary package and benefits ($20/hr to $25/hr depending on experience level).

- Schedule – 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (M-F) sometime weekend shift and weekday OT as needed
