Position Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates. Elicit requirements from stakeholders through in-depth interviews and thorough understanding of the desired result. Go beyond the ask to understand the "why”, current processes and challenge the business to think outside of daily operations. Design and/or capture a wide range of analytics data using Application Programming Interfaces(APIs) to effectively integrate data
Provide technical analysis and documentation of where the data lives in the Sunbelt enterprise data fabric necessary to satisfy an integration or analysis request
Understand Business and service process and can convert those processes into business system models and/or diagrams. Conduct detailed data analysis on data used across the business to evaluate business processes and improve on/create new features
Responsible for establishing appreciation and adherence to the principles of data quality management, including metadata, lineage, and business definitions
Identify data sources and targets, create data decomposition diagrams, generate data flow diagrams and establish business process documentation associated with data flows/integrations
Partner with shared technical and business resources to effectively deliver and support solutions
Build business requirements to include exceptions, assumptions and the acceptance criteria of the stakeholders.
Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices including the SDLC process.
Set up technical teams for success by writing comprehensive business requirements that satisfy the development team needs while leaving implementation details to the developers.
Act as mediator between business and IT to resolve discrepancies and gaps.
Perform testing and validation of deliverables prior to stakeholder review to ensure requirements are met.
Act as a liaison between the QA and business, assisting in coaching and supporting the business with UAT, tracking progress, pass/fail and stakeholder feedback.

Technical Writing/Documentation – Knowledge of the technical language and writing approach, and the ability to write paper-based and on-line technical reference documentation (guidelines, standards, procedures, processes, applications, etc.)
Workflow Analysis – Knowledge of and ability to manage IT work activities, processes and progress within a system to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a data analytics related field (e.g., Statistics, Applied Mathematics, etc.) or equivalent work experience
8+ years' of experience, with at least 5 years' experience with various business functions with a strong understanding of business processes and at least 3 years of data integrations experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with knowledge of data structures, data sources and data lineage process/identification
Ability to relay insights in layman's terms, such that these can be used to inform business decisions
Familiarity with Agile a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to develop strong relationships across IT and business units
Strong desire to understand project requests from the end-user perspective
Accountable and willing to hold others accountable
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to work independently and show initiative
Performed various data analysis in SQL, Excel, Power BI or other industry accepted tool(s)
Experience using Jira/Confluence
