As a leading IT staffing company in the U.S., our client is assembling a top-tier team specializing in the Federal sector. Embark on a journey where you'll partner with Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies, pioneer a new vertical, and cultivate a winning team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Actively target medium to large enterprises, including federal projects, and the defense sector. Construct a robust sales pipeline and manage multiple accounts.
- Prospecting & Qualifying: Utilize advanced sales techniques to identify, research, and engage potential clients. Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, effectively qualifying new prospects from scratch.
- Client Engagement: Establish and deepen relationships with decision-makers within potential and current client accounts to unlock new business opportunities.
- Strategic Insights: Recognize market trends, customer needs, and specific landscapes to devise impactful sales strategies.
- Sales Performance: Consistently achieve or surpass weekly, quarterly, and annual profit and margin goals. Maintain accuracy in sales funneling and forecasting.
- Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on market shifts, competitor strategies, and relay these insights for team benefit.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in IT staffing sales, with a proven success rate.
- Cold Calling: Strong skills in initiating contact with potential clients, handling objections, and effectively pitching services over the phone.
- Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets and navigate intricate staffing or solutions sales processes.
- Business Development Skills: Demonstrated ability in penetrating enterprise accounts both locally and nationally.
- Management Skills: Proficiency in managing recruiters and overseeing the recruitment and delivery process.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep insight into IT domain trends and market requirements.
