Job Description

Overall, as a Senior Account Executive, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

SR. Business Development Account Executive

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for top-tier client accounts with responsibility for winning new clients while retaining and growing existing clients. (meet and exceed quotas)
• Must be a “sales hunter,” building new relationships and winning work from new contractors.
• Find new opportunities, identifies decision-makers, responds to RFPs, gathers information, strengthens personal and professional relationships, positions the company favorably, and works with internal resources to maximize the potential to win large deals.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Identify decision-makers and influencers
• Manage sales pipelines (both short and long term)
• Proactively/ efficiently leverage resources with dedicated internal teams and executive staff around opportunities to ensure successful outcomes
• Win work from new contractors
• Enter all information into our CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• Prior experience prospecting to and winning business from developers/builders/General Contractors of mid-to-hi rise buildings.
• Valid driver’s license and car.
