Overview:Our organization continues to grow and as part of that, we’re seeking a Sr Business Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with leadership along with technical implementation teams. You will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying, verifying, and managing the technical needs of the business stakeholders. This is a very high-visibility role in a highly entrepreneurial environment – if you thrive in that type of setting and have a few years (or more) of relevant experience, we would love to meet you.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities:
- Work with the business to identify opportunities for driving productivity and effectiveness through technology, data, and process improvement.
- Lead complex technical projects, overseeing requirements gathering, research, technical design, solution development, testing, deployment, documentation, and user enablement.
- Effectively communicate strategy, technology roadmaps, options and trade-offs of technical solutions, and project progress and risks to executive stakeholders.
- Analyzes business processes, identifies process deficiencies, researches solutions and plans and coordinates the remediation of these deficiencies
- Partner with business stakeholders to define and document business cases for new initiatives.
- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding

- Assist with the design and implementation of operational and system improvements to ensure production capabilities are both effective and efficient
- Write and validate business requirements and conduct User Acceptance testing with business stakeholders and vendors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
- 4+ years of related experience required; industry experience nice to have
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with ability to understand business strategy, provide consultative business analysis, and leverage technical skills to facilitate advanced analytics solution.
- Excellent presentation skills and comfort interfacing with senior leaders
- Ability to directly influence without authority
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
