Sr Business Analyst at Judge Group

Our established Client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team for a large documentation project.

Location: Hybrid (Onsite in Kutztown, PA for the first 45 days, then hybrid)

Job Type: Contract (6 months)

Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis of complex business problems and identify solutions that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Develop comprehensive business models, processes, and workflows.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our business analysis capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proven expertise in data analysis, process mapping, and business modeling.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
