Job Description
TD Securities Data, Delivery, and Integration (TDS DDI) department is seeking a Senior Delivery Business Analyst to join their FICC Delivery team in support of a "Front Office Tools " project. TD Securities front office traders currently leverage an internal platform named "Transparency " to support 1. sales transactions, 2. pricing, and 3. intraday risk/PnL metrics. Within Transparency there are three applications supporting these measures: Transparency Dealer, Trader, and Pricing. Current state the Transparency platform supports OTC Derivatives and eTrading products. Future state, TD Securities is looking to add FX, Interest Rate, and Commodity products onto this platform over the course of the next two years. TDS DDI is looking for a Senior BA to support these efforts draw out the road map and scope of this initiative to move the project forward.
The resource will be responsible for:
- Road Map and Scope Management
- Business Analysis and Documentation
- Governance and Risk Management in the Delivery
- Project and meetings management
- Gap Analysis and alignment of business and technology stakeholders
Nice to Haves:
1) TD Securities Experience
2) Knowledge in Risk Management, Intraday Risk, PnL, Risk Metrics, Curves
3) Front Office Technology i.e., ION, Murex, Calypso
Employee Value Proposition (EVP):
The resource will have the opportunity to join a newly funded project within the FICC Delivery team to support the front office in leveraging an internal platform to an expanded product group not currently invested in.
Business Drivers/Customer Impact:
Current state the Front Office Tools platform is listed as a Fixed Capacity Pod at TD. This platform is essentially in a BAU bucket on the team, but with the growth in having new product onboards offering deeper risk, controls, and visibility efforts, the plan is to turn this set allocated budget Pod to a formalized project.
