Sr. Bridge Inspector
Main Points
- Onsite in Richmond position
- Possibility of Hybrid after first month
- Must have 7 years of Bridge Design Experience
- Salary 125k-150k (All Depends on Experience)
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects
- Perform design computations
- Design projects in accordance with client specifications and guidelines, using design software and drawing tools
- Develop construction cost estimates
- Assist in the preparation of engineering documents for advertisement and construction
- Prepare and compile contract plans, specifications and estimates
- Manage project sub-consultants and in-house support disciplines
- Develop extra work order requests and open-end contract task proposals
- Prepare proposals as required
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited engineering program.
- Virginia PE license.
- 7 years of experience in the design of highway bridges and structures
