Planet Interactive's FinTech client has a HOT need for a Hybrid Sr. Brand Marketing Manager with 8+ years of experience leading brand strategy
and driving impactful marketing initiatives starting Mid-July!
The Sr. Brand Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping brand identity, enhancing brand awareness, and fostering customer engagement. In this role, the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audience and drive business growth.
Sr. Brand Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and increase market share.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional
advertising. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Oversee the creation of compelling brand assets, including messaging, visual identity, and creative content, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product marketing, growth, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and customer experiences.
- Drive brand activation initiatives, including sponsorships, partnerships, and events, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing brand marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling, able to develop compelling brand narratives and assets.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
