Location: Chandler, AZ - Headquarters
Compensation: Starting between $32.00-$35.00hr Based on Experience
We are seeking a highly motivated, culture-focused, and results-driven Sr. Billing & Administrative Specialist. As a key member of our National & Strategic Accounts team you will oversee the administrative and billing responsibilities for our key accounts. These tasks are monitored, measured, and the successful completion of them play a vital part in the overall satisfaction of the customer.

By doing so you will play an integral part in the relationship management, performance, and development of highly valued customers. Job Requirements & Expectations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring exceptional service, support, and billing and administrative performance including but not limited to scheduled customer interactions, meetings, and reviews.
- You will create streamlined workflows that ensure billing and administrative tasks are executed efficiently and consistently across internal teams for assigned customer base. This includes documenting best practices, optimizing existing methods, and ensuring these processes are scalable as the organization grows.
- You will take ownership of crafting short-term and long-term plans, aligning them with the company"s billing and collection goals. Your ability to anticipate future needs and design plans that are flexible yet robust will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and success for key customers.
- Strengthen and grow relationships with clients by providing prompt communication throughout the life cycle of a work order by email, phone, and/or CMMS systems.
- Monitor and make sure work orders include up to date and accurate proposals to ensure timely invoicing and payment opportunities.
- Responsibility for accurate, timely, and successful invoice submission for closed work orders.
- Leverage internal software to record and report on work order status and outstanding accounts receivable.
- Seek and address customer feedback and proactively provide the highest levels of customer service, problem solving, and unreasonable hospitality.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- 3+ years in billing, accounts receivable, and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience working within Customer Maintenance Management Software's System's (CMMS) such as Service Channel, Corrigo, Service Now, Fexa, etc.
- Accurate? stress-resistant and results-driven.
- Ability to successfully multitask in a high-demand environment.
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent computer proficiency, including fast and accurate typing skills.
