About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Senior Benefits and Compensation Manager to lead and oversee the design, administration, and continuous improvement of our benefits and compensation programs. Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, this role ensures our offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and administration of the 401(k) plan, including committee meetings, filings, and compliance.
- Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of employee welfare benefits, compensation programs, and additional perks (e.g., tuition reimbursement, wellness initiatives).
- Manage carrier relationships and collaborate with benefits brokers on annual plan reviews and market analyses.
- Direct the open enrollment process, including communications, negotiations, system updates, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure HRIS integration for benefits administration, including automatic carrier file feeds.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on benefits strategies and improvements to leadership.
- Supervise and develop benefits department staff.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, company policies, and global benefits requirements.
- Develop and deliver effective employee communications and training related to benefits.
- Monitor vendor performance, address issues, and ensure timely invoice payments.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in benefits and compensation management.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and global compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Hours: Monday-Friday 40 hours per week
Compensation: $135,000-145,000
