About the Job
Our client, a top national broker, is actively seeking a strong Sr. Benefits Account Manager to coordinate and manage client activities at a senior level for a group of prestigious clients. Responsibilities will include assisting Producers with new business and developing some on your own, conducting presentations, handling renewals, relationships with carriers, upselling/cross-selling. We are looking for 8+ years in group benefits, preferably from another brokerage/consulting firm. Must have a strong understanding of financials, communications, organizational skills, flexibility, and high level of intellectual curiosity and professionalism. Licensed in Life and Health. Great comp and benefits and team environment! Some travel involved. Hybrid 3/2 and 2/3.
