Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager to join a leading professional services company. The Sr. Business Development Manager will help to drive growth, identify new opportunities, and lead a team of business development professionals and program managers. This is a senior level role focused on deal identification, qualification, and capture. It is based out of Rockville, MD.
Responsibilities for the Sr. Business Development Manager include:
- Develop growth strategy for the organization, identify new business opportunities, qualify deals, and implement strategies to ensure high win probability.
- Monitor market trends, perform analysis, provide and develop reports and updates on growth performance.
- Advise the executive team on target partnerships, establish strategic partnerships.
- Manages a team of business development professionals and program managers.
Required Qualifications for the Sr. Business Development Manager include:
- 10+ years of experience with executive level business development and growth supporting contracts in Federal Civilian space
- Proven ability to win revenue-generating contracts
- Experience with cradle to grave BD from RFP to contracts being signed
Compensation for the Sr. Business Development Manager Officer:
• Salary Range: $150,000-250,000 **depending on experience**
