Sr. Architect Lead
We are looking to fill the role of Sr. Architecture Lead - this person will be over the Architecture Department and will manage four people, ranging from junior architects to project managers. This is a tight-nit team that needs a strong leader with good mentorship abilities and who can prioritize the large amount of work that we are winning in the private sector.
Our client is experiencing sustained growth and is looking for an Architect with proven leadership and business development skills to take the helm of our architecture group. As a multi-discipline firm providing architectural, civil, landscape, surveying and permitting services, this is a unique opportunity for an ambitious leader.
Our client works on a variety of project types in both the public and private sector. They focus on the core architectural service of building design, whether new municipal buildings, new commercial buildings, renovations, or tenant finish out projects.

Starting salary is $150,000 (no cap mentioned). Hybrid work schedule with 2 days in-office being mandatory. They provide full benefits with medical, dental, vision, EAP, 401k match, and more. Additionally, they have a strong PTO policy and have the entire week of Christmas off.
Preferred Experience:
- Registration as an Architect in Texas
- 15+ years of experience with 3+ years managing a team
- Proficiency in project management, including contracting and scheduling
- Ability to expand markets in the private sector
- Desire to work with others in a team-oriented culture
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Working knowledge of Revit
