Title: Sr. Application Developer (Customer Experience)
Location: Regional Northeast

Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Application Developer to support customer experience solutions with a focus on customer relationship management (CRM) systems, web applications, and mobile platforms.
The role involves creating and managing both current and future state architectures, solutions, and providing technical guidance to the team.
You will collaborate with IT teams, suppliers, and business partners to deliver enterprise-level technical solutions that adhere to best practices in IT architecture, compliance, and security while meeting business requirements.
This role encompasses the entire development lifecycle, from functional reviews and technical design to build, deployment, and operational support.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in CRM systems and customer service-oriented platforms.
Strong technical expertise in designing integrated solutions with middleware to connect systems like ERP, billing, and asset management.
Familiarity with scripting for data migration and developing ERP interfaces.
Solid background in Java, .NET, J2EE, RESTful web services, and modern front-end frameworks.
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and JSON.
Holistic solution design and architectural skills.
Strong understanding of relational databases and system integrations.
Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and tune technology solutions.
Desired Skills:
Experience in advanced integration platforms for application and data integrations.
Knowledge of authentication technologies like SSO, SAML, and OAUTH.
Understanding of agile or SCRUM development methodologies.
Certification or training in relevant CRM modules or platforms.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
