About the Job
Maximus is currently looking for a Sr Project Analyst to join our team. This remote position will be responsible for executive support to the Federal Civilian BPS Managing Director as well as the senior leadership team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Experience and ability to lead, train and mentor peers in a similar role.
- Incident Management, data capture and communication.
- Project Manage internal engagements and related activities.
- Maintain knowledge and documentation of operational and system processes.
- Perform cost/benefit analyses on potential changes to existing processes.
- Participate in the administration of project and program contract activities, including preparation for internal and external meetings.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to define problems and implement solutions.
- Create, review, and present program documents, business and software specifications, process flows, and test cases.
- Document complex program and system needs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assist in the analysis of data and the specification of report packages for internal and external audiences.
- Work closely with other departments to optimize operational activities.
- Support leadership and product owner and stakeholders on project priorities.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
- Organizing virtual leadership meetings such as monthly business meetings and quarterly leader sessions
- Organizing leadership offsite meetings, to include meeting logistics, presentation preparation
- Coordinate activities between the government, business and technical stakeholders
- Preparing briefings and similar write ups at the business portfolio level
- Tracking risks, actions and issues for senior leadership
- Maintain status reports and other corporate required reports

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
