Responsibilities :
- This role is responsible for partnering with team members in support of IT category strategy development and execution for a grouping of indirect procurement IT categories.
- The Sr. Analyst, IT Category Management will gather, analyze, and research internal business inputs and external market intelligence to inform the direction from an IT category perspective.
- Will also have responsibility for partnering with team members and stakeholders to execute high-value IT category transformation initiatives in accordance with the IT Category Strategy.
- Analyzing Source to Pay analytics.
- Researching market intelligence.
- Developing category expertise.
- Synthesizing internal and external inputs into easily understood visuals.
- Triaging supplier engagement requests.
- Supporting the build-out of financial models.
- Executing assigned category transformation initiatives.
- BA/BS or equivalent degree, preferably in Supply Chain operations (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain & operations.
- 2-4 years of experience with the Source to Pay process.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Business Intelligence tools.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to gain a fact-based understanding of the supplier base and market trends.
