Kaeppel Consulting is looking for a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in our recovery and growth strategy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, including divestitures, capital investment modeling, and debt reduction, contributing directly to our financial health and future success. This is a Direct Hire position, an Onsite role in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial models for capital investment decisions, including ROI and IRR analysis, to support strategic initiatives and business unit performance evaluations.
- Evaluate potential divestitures, including asset sales, and provide recommendations based on financial analysis and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial implications of various projects and business units, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in the development and execution of capital raising efforts, supporting the Assistant Treasurer in negotiations and compliance with banking covenants.
- Monitor and manage bank compliance requirements related to debt covenants, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to agreements.
- Contribute to the overall financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance from a Division 1 school, MBA preferred.
- Strong academic background with a high GPA.
- 8 years of experience in financial analysis, capital investment modeling, and divestitures, preferably in a large for-profit company.
- Expertise in financial modeling, including ROI/IRR analysis and scenario planning.
- Experience with managing bank compliance and covenant requirements.
- Proven track record of assisting with capital raising efforts and executing complex financial transactions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
- Eagle Scout status is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
