Job description:
New role in CE to develop robust SOPs with regards to MAP pricing and policy enforcement.
The individual will need to support the Sr AD, Pricing and Indirect Transaction Operations on day to day processes with MAP policy and enforcement
Provide Cactus list of customers to monitor-ranked/email addresses
Provide Cactus with list of approved promotions (All Channels)
Receives Daily list of Violations
Validate Violation list
After Validation Cactus sends letters
Receives same day-of automated violation letters
Sends appropriate correspondence to authorized dealers commensurate
to agreed-upon guidelines
Issue Warnings, Violation notices, Stop Ship notices
Violation letters sent daily to merchants’ email addresses provided by BIAH.
The job holder will interface periodically with sales, marketing, finance and species heads; he or she will be the SME when it comes to the systems and processes he or she supports. The individual will also work with third party vendors, data governance, IT as well as other departments within the business on technical, data, finance, accounting, and other related issues.
This job requires an astute attention to detail and the ability to evaluate a multitude of possible scenario. The job holder will be challenged to decipher the differences between business impacts from both the perspective of the customer (benefit) and companies (risk).
Prioritize multiple urgent issues with calm and professional demeanor. Ability to communicate rationale succinctly with all stakeholders for project priorities and align with current business needs. Make quick decisions and effectively communicate with their manager on any changes to keep all on the same page. Balancing needs of the business with system capabilities. Help provide solutions to challenges faced with requests Identify potential issues before they arise and propose solutions. Ability to work with a team on complex problems to form solutions. Support department head's final decision.
Develop and build Weekly/Monthly KPI/Management reports
The job holder must have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with other members of the business, internal departments at BIAH and external vendors. Solid communication and networking skills that result in collaboration with internal team members and external vendors to ensure the success of the program.
Required Experience
5-7 years progressive experience in IT, Marketing, Administrative, Finance, Accounting, Customer Service, and/or relevant business experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience
