About the Job
As the Sr Commercial Business Transformation Analyst for the Disneyland Resort, you will play a critical role in developing the commercial strategy that will support the next chapter of Disneyland’s growth. The Commercial Transformation Team will identify transformative growth drivers and innovative commercial strategies with a focus on growth and business success.
You will be innovative, and your work will help guide the organization to solutions otherwise not considered. You will have an appreciation for balancing consumer insights, advanced analytics, and creativity to guide decision making. Your strong relationships with stakeholders including Operations, Finance, Technology & Digital, CIMA, Global Development, Walt Disney Imagineering and the broader Commercial organization (Marketing, Sales, RMA) will lead to well-informed plans. You will report to the Senior Manager, Business Planning.
Responsibilities:
Support the development of commercialization strategies that enable the Disneyland Resort to achieve its growth objectives.
Analyze data to identify key insights, develop strategies and model anticipated impacts.
Develop a deep understanding of the current business and opportunities across multiple lines of business (Food & Beverage, Retail, etc.).
Complete market analysis, benchmark industry trends, and understand consumer insights to help inform new business models.
Build recommendations and present to key clients, partners, and executives to gain approval tailoring communication to each audience (Executives, Managers, Peer Groups, Internal and External Partners).
Work closely with stakeholders such as Finance, Operations, Technology & Digital, CIMA Global Development, WDI and the broader Commercial organization (Marketing, Sales, RMA).
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in strategic roles such as advanced analytics, business planning, commercial strategy, finance or investment banking, strategy consulting, or innovation.
Experience in advanced analytics with a focus on interpreting site analytics from multiple sources.
Collaboration and relationship skills to engage with partners across multiple teams to achieve results.
Experience interpreting site analytics from multiple sources.
Knowledge of Disney audience and products.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data & Analytics, or equivalent work experience.
The hiring range for this position is $$103,500.00-$138,800.00. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
